3. In Practice at LTB Academy

We apply our DE&I principles through the following actions:

• We treat all clients and participants with dignity and respect.

• We design and deliver coaching and training in ways that are culturally sensitive, non-discriminatory, and accessible.

• We welcome clients of all backgrounds and do not tolerate harassment, exclusion, or bias.

b) Learning Materials

• Our content avoids stereotypes and reflects a broad range of perspectives.

• We periodically review and update materials to align with inclusive best practices.

c) Partnerships and Vendors

• We seek to work with diverse professionals and vendors who uphold inclusive values.

d) Language and Communication

• We use respectful, inclusive language across all our materials, sessions, and platforms.

LTB Academy will:

• Continuously review its practices to uphold DE&I principles;

• Encourage feedback from clients, peers, and partners;

• Address violations of this policy swiftly and respectfully.
