3. In Practice at LTB Academy
We apply our DE&I principles through the following actions:

We treat all clients and participants with dignity and respect.
We design and deliver coaching and training in ways that are culturally sensitive, non-discriminatory, and accessible.
We welcome clients of all backgrounds and do not tolerate harassment, exclusion, or bias.
b) Learning Materials
Our content avoids stereotypes and reflects a broad range of perspectives.
We periodically review and update materials to align with inclusive best practices.
c) Partnerships and Vendors
We seek to work with diverse professionals and vendors who uphold inclusive values.
d) Language and Communication
We use respectful, inclusive language across all our materials, sessions, and platforms.
4. Accountability
LTB Academy will:
Continuously review its practices to uphold DE&I principles;
Encourage feedback from clients, peers, and partners;
Address violations of this policy swiftly and respectfully.
